Nobles and lesser nobles. Basically if you can argue that your character should be there and have good evidence, I'm generally fine with it. I've been so busy the past few days or I'd have already completed my own sheet. I do apologize. It seems that every time I sit down to finish it, someone wants to go somewhere or do something. 

I will have my sheet up by monday night though for a few characters. I'm not so literal as Penelope pineapple with the last names though. Like the emperor and his children from huamu all have the surname Cha which means Tea in Chinese.
