I thinks... I'm going to have my character attack some gang members, only to realize after the fact that they've crashed a sting operation. Kick the Hornets nest and get both M.A.D. and the FBI on their watchlists. Especially when it comes out that M.A.D./N.O.V.A. has kept knowledge of a "Varient Serial Killer" a secret from everybody down the road.
