[@Obscene Symphony] hmm. I do imagine that the priestesses would have guards. Though I can imagine the guards being lower in their caste system to discourage people from taking mates or partners mot from their caste. Just so they can protect their oracles and what not. 

Hm. It would be interesting and different if the marriage tradition was that women could take more than one husband. I didn't really think that much about ilepia, but I do like what you've brought to the table so I'll definitely be using that if you don't mind. With credit to you of course.
