Thick lens glasses rest squarely on the bridge of his nose, but frequently slide down and are subsequently pressed back up. Physically maintains the standards of health expected by Starfleet, but nothing beyond that. A large scar, one which should be faint but is distinctly more noticeable due to Clarke's pale color, arcs across his torso, with another scar across his right forearm lining up as a continuation of the same cut.
