Are you speaking of cutting as healing because of surgery, or do they have magical properties that allow you to heal with them? Just have to be sure here. Wait for @LuckyBlackCat 's approval to post in CS Tab!

[@Suneli] I feel like you focus a bit too much on being ''fair'' and ''not overpowered''. Those are definetely rules, but they're also much more a guideline. I wouldn't necessarily mind if your Power was a one shot kill anything as long as it's properly used and difficult to perform - high risk/high reward kind of thing. The thing though is people that go that route has to prove they can write compelling characters and fight scenes without abusing their powers. It's very do-able. 

I'm saying this mostly because when I read the description for the Hanged Man's, that's what I was feeling with all the restrictions that seems to be a bit random and too complicated for the Magic. I absolutely love the idea of the random powers for the Tarot Cards draw. I do not even deem it necessary to be one power per day.

I would have gone with something more akin to being able to draw cards as much as she wants, but can only draw the same card once per day, let's say. With that route, you could even start with a bigger cards decks and make the pwoers a bit simpler, but have more. 

Or you could go with a different limitation - such as your Pixie's magical reserve. 

In the end, it's your decision. Your character can be accepted as it is, just keep me updated on what you decide to do, okay? OS: I just love that face claim. 

[@Mistress Dizzy] Hey ! That can happen. Personally, I tend to go fish for pictures or musics that strikes or inspire me, and I flesh out a character from there. I hope that can help.

The constructs are a bit liek Green Lantern's constructs?  Also, there's one thing bothering me a bit. The Pixie's transformed state is supposed to be something mundane to hide as. Marilyn can totally rock a Crown if you so wish it, I just need to specify.
