The finished OOC should be up [b]tomorrow evening (1/17) EST [/b]after I get back from work. The OOC will have some further setting information to further flesh out the Cascadian Federation along with the current state of the NCR in Cascadia, along with character creation guidelines, posting expectations, etc. That being said if it leaves anything unanswered please don't hesitate to reach out to me.
