[sub][color=Purple][b]P E R S O N A L  H I S T O R Y[/b][/color][/sub][indent][color=A9A9A9] The Katano Family has been one of the 'Regular joe' type families of konoha, most of the family members becoming ninja but only a few ever making it to the jonin level. The most notable one was Tsukai's grandfather who was a notorious ANBU operator known for his clever traps and unrivaled speed, This is Tsukai's idol and role model. 

The Katano family members are known for their poweress in the lightning style even with being such a small clan. Tsukai in particular has shown a lot of promise and enthusiasm to become a great shinobi and is always pushing himself to go further, faster. Tsukai's dad was a former chunin who was injured, losing both his legs from the knee down. He is Tsukai's number one fan. Though Tsukai doesnt realize it yet, his father is one of his biggest drives to become the best, So that he can do what his father never got the chance to do. 

Tsukai has always been one of the smallest shinobi in his class yet has made it his goal not to fall behind. When he gets teased he usually dismisses it and lets his actions prove himself, however, Tsukai hates when others tease his friends and will usually step in to defend them.

[indent][color=A9A9A9]I'd like for him to develop the Lightning cloak and Black lightning as his reserve strength. But other than that Im just shooting for him to be so fast sharingan users have a hard time keeping track of his regular movements in combat.

When it comes to story goals, I intend for Tsukai to get really attached to his team members in a protective way. Other than that he is at the GMs will, Just PM me if you want him to fill any sort of plot line.[/color][/indent]
