[sub]Aiden is a man trying to live up to expectations he never really thought he'd be facing, especially this early in his life. Every day in the guild, people will see him walking with a number of documents under his arms, bags under his eyes, grumbling the whole way to his office as he prepares for another day of managerial lessons, paperwork, and trying his best to keep the fledgling guild afloat.

However, in his moments of free time, or during training with the less experienced members, the guild master proves to be an energetic and excitable sort. . . to the point where some might find him a tad immature. That being said, one would be hard-pressed to find someone more dedicated to the Winter's Blade guild than Aiden, as he holds it's maintenance and continued operation as a point of pride due to his wish to make it great in reference to his late Master.[/sub]
