Griffin takes to the air trying to stay where he can see everyone. It seemed no one could agree where to go or what to do. They lacked leadership and that was going to hurt them. He was reconsidering taking the boys suggestion. Atleast if he had agreed they would have a leader and direction. Now everyone seemed to be fending for themselves.

With a sigh Katherin left the gym. She admired Jack for wanting to take the leadership role, but splitting their strength didn't feel like the best idea. As much as she wanted to support Jack in his leadership role, she wasn't going to agree with something that felt wrong. She stood outside waiting for the others to decide what they were doing.
