He was literally ready to drown himself in the bathtub by the time he was able to take a shower. Then there was the matter of having to do a quick load of laundry in order to have something to wear tonight. Eli preferred to just buy new clothes instead of having to wash, dry, fold and put away what he already owned. Sadly, he was to broke to buy a new outfit every day. Managing to not acquire a headache, Eli made his way to the lake via Uber. Once in the car, he saw Mintys message. As usual, her text made him smile as he sent her a message of her own, reassuring his friend that he wasn't going to bail. After paying and rating his driver for the night, Eli stepped out of the vehicle to notice the huge fire through the trees. It would be a miracle if the kids didn't get the cops called on them tonight for some weird fire law alone. Looking around at his fellow party goers, Eli was thankful to see that he wasn't under-dressed in a simple white t-shirt and navy blue knee length swimming trunks. It took him a second to spot Minty, but as soon as he did, he quickly made his way over to his friend. "Minty, my love!" the young man exclaimed as he gave her a hug.
