Steven is [i]usually[/i] a very sweet, hammy, soft-hearted, happy-go-lucky kind of kid, but since having solved [i]everyone else's[/i] problems and helping [i]them[/i] grow and change, he's slowly realized he has no idea who he is. He knows what he's [i]not,[/i] but... Even then he wonders, sometimes. Like, he's spent [i]so[/i] long trying to be better than his mother, but [i]is he?[/i] Especially with these new, troubling powers he doesn't [i]quite[/i] know how to control yet...

[i]> Shield Proficiency[/i]
[indent]He can summon a shield from his gemstone, and he can use it in various ways - for example, he can chuck it like a frisbee, use it like a snowboard, bash someone over the head with it, and (obviously) block incoming attacks, among other things.[/indent]
[i]> Healing Powers[/i]
[indent]Steven's spit has magical healing properties, capable of healing both organic and inorganic things - though in the Crossroads, the heal isn't instantaneous. The larger the injury, the longer it takes for it to heal. A minor paper-cut or a bruise is [i]near[/i] instant - a second or two, usually - but something like a [i]gunshot[/i] or a [i]stab wound[/i] could take upwards of a minute and a half, if not longer.

His healing powers also work on the inside of himself, without any need for a kiss or a spit-covered hand. For example, if a bone is broken or his skull is fractured, it heals [i]much[/i] faster than it would in a normal human being. Again, it isn't instant and it's affected by his being in the Crossroads, so he's more susceptible to major injury than he would be in his own universe. [/indent]

[indent]He can summon a bubble to defend himself and others that are physically close to him, he can summon bubble boxing gloves to keep his hands protected from punches, and he can bubble items and send them home. He can also run around in his bubble, sort of like a hamster ball.[/indent]
[i]> Minor Shapeshifting[/i]
[indent]He really only uses it when he needs to reach for something that's just [i]a little[/i] too far away. If he were to try and do something more extreme, it's possible that it would go [i]CAT[/i]astrophically wrong.[/indent]

[indent]He could, quite literally, lift a car off of someone and barely break a sweat. He usually exercises great restraint though, as to not cause harm to anyone. [/indent]

[indent]Steven is [i]very[/i] in tune with others' emotions, and can easily pick up on the subtle cues and tone shifts. [/indent]
[i]> Fusion[/i]
[indent]He can fuse with both Gems [i]and[/i] humans. The resulting being is a whole new experience.[/indent]

[indent]He trained with Pearl in hand-to-hand combat - boxing, specifically.[/indent]

[indent]When distressed or angered, he turns a bright shade of pink and loses all inhibitions. He is a force of destruction until he's either pulled out of it or snaps out of it himself.[/indent]
