This all being said- awesome! I'll move him over. I also have another character with another finnicky ability to send your way for approval soon. Thanks for approving. I know DIO's existence here is on thin ice. I plan on collaborating a lot with the people DIO eventually ends up fighting. Or person. But, since he's not going up against the Joestars, DIO isn't mortal enemies with anyone in the Crossroads so I can see some non-violent interactions taking place.

Hmm...y'know, I think Dante (my character) VS Dio might be a fun matchup (especially cause Dio's a vampire, which arguably makes him a demon, lol). If you had some other plans for him that's cool too, but I just thought it would be an interesting fight
