[@PsyBlade] Two new Tenshi for the field guide:
Reporting Name: Spike-Limbed Sabertooth Scientific Name: Panthera hamatis Classification: Asura Size: 30 meters tall, 85 meters long, 16500 tons Abilities: Besides its fangs and claws, this Tenshi's main weapons are the bone spikes protruding at random intervals from its body, particularly its limbs. These spikes steadily grow in size and number throughout the creature's life. Other notable attributes include its keen senses. It has superb night vision, although bright lights hurt its eyes. With its highly developed ears and nose, it can hear and smell things up to a mile away. Despite its bulk, the Spike-Limbed Sabertooth is surprisingly agile and maneuverable. Its three long, flexible tails contribute to its sense of balance, as well as serving to bludgeon foes with their sheer strength. Territory: New Mexico Backstory: The first attacks took place in mountainside dwellings, shortly after the Archon Balaur went into a rage. Reports of spiked, hulking felines devastating towns by night flooded the media. As the TDC took action, they observed its behaviour over the following decades while guarding against further massacres. Although solitary creatures, their territories were found to rarely be located far apart, so when one strikes, others are likely to do the same nearby. For the most part, they leave others of their species alone, as well as non-prey Tenshi - they have rarely been seen attacking each other, although whether this is due to their nature or Balaur's influence has yet to be discovered.

Reporting Name: Magma Wasp Scientific Name: Vespa ardens Classification: Asura Size: 8 meters, 100 tons Abilities: The Magma Wasp gets its name from the luminescent, amber-toned acidic substance it can inject with a sting or a bite. The substance slowly spreads through the body, corroding the flesh from within, usually making for an agonising and drawn-out death in the case of humans. What they lack in size, Magma Wasps make up for in numbers, attacking in swarms with considerable flight speed. When threatened, they release a pheromone that sends the entire swarm into a frenzy of aggression, and can attract more of their kind to the area. With its eight compound eyes, this insect can easily keep track of the rest of the swarm. Territory: Distributed throughout the Mediterranean, largest concentration in the east of Spain Backstory: In the wake of the plant overgrowth spreading through Europe, giant wasps took to the uncontrolled wilderness in droves, wreaking havoc on remaining human communities. Deaths were particularly brutal; if the victim wasn't lucky enough to succumb to the puncture wound alone, injected acid would slowly destroy their organs, or worse. Some of the wasps, instead of simply stinging, would lay their eggs in the flesh of humans, or other animals that were sufficiently large but not a threat to them. These eggs would hatch quickly - often while the victim was still alive - and the larvae would feast on the surrounding tissue. As they consumed digestible matter and radiation alike, the young would grow and mature at an alarming rate. Since defense attempts usually resulted in more wasps swarming to their aid, the TDC resorted to dangerous but necessary studies of their social structure, hoping to find a way they could target colonies. Deep in forests, they found several giant nests, consisting of paper made by chewing the abundant plant matter to a pulp. As such, the Magma Wasps were theorised to have a symbiotic association with Kougou, thriving in the vegetation she spreads. Surprisingly, it turned out they have no queen, at least not of their own species. Research showed that colonies consist entirely of female workers, reproducing via parthenogenesis, and obeying only Kougou.
Fair warning, the last one is a little gruesome... *cough*Ifreakinghatewasps*cough*
