I'm imagining DIO is in the same kind of city is Peter and Vader and Master Chief, but I kept it kind of vague so he could be somewhere else incase we wanted that to happen instead. Eltariel is in the snowy forest with Steven and Skulduggery, and now her tower is an obvious landmark for those who want to see it. Obviously I'm down for making edits as I did just kind of wing it.
