Her farther would spar and go on long runs with the young Rosie, always challenging her to beat him. While she never quite managed to beat him in hand to hand combat, running was an entirely different story. One day they held a race and Rosie blew her father completely away. This determination led Rosie to be very competitive and focused on her goals.  
[*][color=AD2841][b]Bonds of Fate:[/b][/color] No task is impossible when fighting alongside those who are close to you. That is at least how Rosie views the situation. In the presence of her comrades, her confidence will never falter knowing those she trusts watching her back. This belief also causes her to focus and worry about the well-being of others in combat and outside of it. Whenever someone needs something, Rosie is ready to lend a hand. When someone close to her falls on the battlefield, she takes it especially hard and will often seek revenge on anyone remotely responsible.

Whether it is crushing through enemy lines or saving wounded comrades, she puts 150% into every operation she takes part in which can lead her to taking greater risks than most. She will avoid retreat and surrender whenever possible and will never leave someone behind. There are many times when in dire situations Rosie will over-extend herself to support everyone, leaving her strained and exhausted after or even during battles.[/list][hr]

	The majority of people who first meet Rosalia will be stunned first by her incredible amounts of energy and second by the fearless way in which she expresses herself. Whether its physical labor or a casual conversation, Rosalia jumps into it 200%. She considers the bonds between herself and others the key to victory so will do everything she can to preserve them. If someone is in a pinch, on or off the battlefield, they can count on Rosalia to come and help them out. Cross her in any way and you'll quickly find out what someone with endless energy and determination can do when you're not watching.
	Rosalia loves to be useful and can been seen doing a variety of tasks around the base, whether it is helping Maxi with one of her pranks or cleaning some of the vehicles. Her efficiency and enthusiasm usually means these task are completed quickly so she is constantly on the search for more things to do. The only time she takes a break is to converse with friends, eat, or sleep. Because she never slows down, she often misses out on the little things like a beautiful flower or a perfect sunset. Despite her normally cheerful and bold demeanor, Rosalia is extremely afraid of failure and will not stop until she's succeeded in her given task.[hr]

	The start of Rosalia's history is tied directly with the end of EW1. During one of the last battles of the war, her father, Daniel Blazek, was gravely injured during an attack on a fortified Imperial position. His bravery saved many of his comrades' lives but put him into a hospital for the remainder of the war, eventually costing him his one eye. It was there that Daniel met Ciara Bennet, who was his nurse for the entirety of his stay. Over the course of his treatment Ciara was able to piece together his broken heart and they soon fell in love. That love blossomed into marriage with the birth of Rosalia. Daniel retired after a few more years of service and opened up a popular toy store while Ciara happily took on the role of housewife.
	Nothing could prepare the new couple for the wild ball of energy that Rosalia would become. As a toddler, she learned to walk much sooner than other babies of her age and appeared to take incredible delight in being chased around the house. The situation only worsened as she grew older and gained more motor control and muscle weight. She, quite literally, would jump off the walls and any kind of furniture. The bright side was she would complete any chore or task given to her right away to the point her parents would run out of things for her to do. This made it difficult to hold a nanny for more than few weeks at most. Daniel then decided to run Rosalia through military-style drills in order to expend her limitless energy.
	Rosalia took to these drills extremely well and by time she entered secondary school, she could outrun her father and her peers. Her high energy was not her only defining trait. Daniel promised himself when she was born that he would show her the love he never got from his parents and do everything he wished his parents did. Between his and Ciara's support, Rosalia grew up to be not only confident but a deeply caring individual. Rosalia was able to see most of Western Europa thanks to her parents and was able to experience different cultures and people. This wide range of experiences shaped her nature to be more accepting of individual differences and she made several friends in those countries thanks to her unrelenting personality.
	While initially opposed to the idea, Rosalia's parents entered her into the military academy located in Ancaster where she surprised many with both her energy and physical fitness. While unable to grasp the bigger picture required of being an officer, Rosalia demonstrated the ability to think on run and adapt quickly to the situation around her. Between her quick thinking and determination in completing her goals, she was one of the select few of her class to be apply for Ranger Corps certification and succeed in being accepted. Under the right command, Rosalia is a force of nature. That is perhaps why Fate landed her in the 21st Armored Ranger Corps where her new commanding officer could use all of that energy and potential.
