The fight involved the crew of USS Anchorage and USS Lombard against locals and tourists. Over five-hundred Federation Credits worth of damage was done and the incident nearly caused a riot in the Pleasure District. Lieutenant Tremblay is found to be guilty of fraternization, destruction of private property, and conduct unbecoming of an officer and a gentleman. He is restricted from liberty so long as he is aboard my ship, and his pay shall be reduced to half for two months. In addition, I will see to it that he is removed from my ship at first opportunity.[/i]

Without his invaluable service, it is doubtful the archeological team could've organized the effort to begin with.
