Sounds alright in my books, however, I must ask this question. Why would he be unable to see outside of Zero Time if he sees through his wolves? Magic is usable outside, just that it is enhanced inside due to reasons like it's an enriched Soul infused reality. The main difference would probably be how strong the wolves are/how many he can summon outside Zero Time as opposed to inside (kinda goes for everyone here)

Though I quite like the idea of him just slapping people around with a cane.
