Victoria couldn’t help but watch Vail undress. Feeling a little spoiled since they weren’t even married yet indulging in each other as if they were. This was not the social convention. If anyone had not known better, it looked as if she were a common woman of the night that the Lord had paid for the privilege of spending the eve with. Yet they would not have Peter’s blessing to wed either. He made it clear that a vampire was not supposed to take their prey as lovers or wives. No matter how much Vail protested. Victoria giggled delightfully when he entered the bathtub with her. She always secretly wondered what it was like to share the bath with a handsome man. She shuddered as he touched her and returned his smirk with a mischievous smile of her own. “Vaaail…” She cooed as he pulled her by her hips so she could sit on his lap. Her heart raced as she felt his skin against hers. The warm water helped the natural chill on his skin not feel so cold against her. She snuggled against him comfortably and leaned against his chest. She could see that he licked his lips. He had indeed not drunk from her in a while, due to her weak condition. He had done well during their week together during her recovery not to indulge. She could understand his cravings had resurfaced being so close to her neck. At least he didn’t come here only to feed on her blood. He came to say how he really felt. As he repeated that she was more than just prey to him, she looked up into his eyes with a warm smile. When he semi asked if she didn’t mind him indulging, she didn’t exactly say no...not that she could stop him. She sighed softly as he primed her neck for his fangs, numbing the flesh in readiness for the pain. “I...suppose.” She said reluctantly. He did save her from dying in the cold and gave her sanctuary. How could she deny him a reward? He did love her so why deny him pleasure, she wanted him to be happy because she loved him back. Yet since Spencer had drained her so badly, any thought of losing anymore blood made her feel dizzy and lightheaded. So when Vail took his bite, she whimpered anxiously and started to shake in fear. It wasn’t her usual response to his feeding of her. She had some sort of trauma deriving from her previous torture. She could only hope it was over fairly quickly before her heart burst from shock.
