Feeling a bit off put by the rather blunt reply of Sloane having put him down rather bluntly, as the one calling himself Keith spoke up saying they needed to find reinforcements, while the others seemed to be bothered by the wave lengths. He considered his course of actions and decided that all he could do for the moment was try, and provide some sort of pillar for those to rely on if they didn't have the confidence of the others here. He knew them mostly by just their name. He didn't know too much about how they operated, and his adopted father had told him plenty of stories of how things got going. He considered offering up the option that the DWMA here may actually also be effected but that may cause arguments, and or hurt morale. So until such a time things were settled Evan wanted to just play it by the ear. He didn't know what was going on here, not in the slightest, but at the end of the day he couldn't rule out that most of the food on this island was also cursed...Evan put his hand to his chin and noticed Coda inching up behind him. Before he spoke he leaned back, and gave a confident smile to Coda. His weapon for the past few weeks or so he knew Coda to be rather jumpy at times...and he wasn't an easy weapon to utilize. BUT he wasn't about to start letting his own worries effect his partner. [color=f7941d]"I have your back. I promise."[/color] Evan told his weapon simply as he turned to address the others. 

[color=f7941d]"Before we start talking about shelter, which is a good idea in of itself, we should do so privately these people seem to be ignoring us...but who knows who's listening in on us. If we talk about anything important it should be held in at least a comfortably private place. I don't want us having uninvited visitors If anyone has any ideas hold onto them for now please."[/color] Evan suggested rather calmly, and patiently hoping his caution would at least give others the right idea. [color=f7941d]"On that same note I suggest that partners get ready. I don't think I should need to tell everyone this but these people have bad vibes. Their souls are off kilter like Arlette said. We can't assume that something could go wrong at any moment."[/color] Evan said to the group as a whole trying to also keep a keen awareness of what was going on around him.
