Concept: A world where super powered beings either submit to a government agency that controls their every move, or are treated as villains. These heroes must uphold a pleasing public imagine, be obedient to their handlers, and any attempts at rebellion are squashed. This is all done for the "safety of the public at large", as in the past, freerange heroes have caused massive collateral damage and causalities. 

I'm looking for someone to play the partner to my own hero, a spooky yet mild mannered alien. You can play a male or female as you see fit.
