Tetsu had chosen to stand at the back of the room away from most of the other genin that were present for lady hokages speech.  This did allow for him to have a good view of the other competitors that were present for the exams.  Gauging their reactions to what the hokage said could give him a clue as to who could be a threat and who his team didn't have to worry about.  By the looks of things some ninja to instantly get nervous or scared even at the mention that some would die in the tournament.  Not that Tetsu really cared, he knew that his team would pass the exams with flying colors and do Kami sensi proud.  As expected, though some of the other villages genin were unfazed even excited at the prospect of a deadly exam.  Not that Tetsu could blame them, he himself was all to ready for the battles to begin and prove to everyone just powerful he was.   

Once the hokage left Tetsu leaned against the back wall closing his eyes as he thought about the coming exams and what would be his best course of action.  If one looked closely, they could see the Black lines form around Tetsu’s eyes as a small almost invisible line of sand flowed out of its container.  Levitating into the air a decent distance above his head the sand coalesced into what looked like an eye.  Using this Tetsu looked over the crowd of Genin once again with a much better view.  At first glance it didn't seem like any of the teams immediately gave him a warning as to their power or skill.  Most of them from his vantage point seemed to be more bark than bite.

As his eye hovered over the crowd of Ninja he did notice his teams in rather interesting circumstances.  Kotetsu seemed to be preoccupied with cramming for the test while satoru seemed to be trying his best to start a fight with an old classmate.  Giving out a small grunt in frustration tetsu was about to move when he saw some of his old academy class mates moving to his own teammates. [i] [color=black]“This should be interesting,”[/color][/i] he thought to himself.  It seemed however that while Hikaru was attempting to help his brother it seemed Iza was only egging the fight on.  Tetsu gave out another sigh as he watched the exchange between the three waiting for when one of them finally snapped.
