Kistal simply nodded to Allanon and let him stand guard with the satyr. He melted back into the shadows and restarted his vigil. Once morning came and the messenger arrived along with a blood soaked man, Kistal stepped forward. "They knew we would send a party. It is the Calabris way to do something like this. That means their main camp will be reinforced, expecting us. I suggest a small group of our stealthiest moving in from behind to catch them off guard and the main force distracting at the camp entrance." He let out a small grumble, seeming to be antsy. "I would like to get some Calabris blood on my hands, especially after they attacked a town for no reason." His spear, unusually, was held parallel to the ground, in a ready state. Kistal seemed to be itching to go. Chihiro woke up to find a new visitor and news of Kalla being attacked. She let out a hiss under her breath. "They will pay for being such dirty criminals. They will not know what will hit them." As Hilde began to worry and regret, though, Chihiro's countenance quickly softened. She knelt by the Varuk woman and wrapped her up in a hug. "It will be ok, dear. Allard is tough and strong. Here or there, you will be of assistance. You were either damned if you stayed or damned if you went. The camp will have the most enemies, so being here means you can prevent further attacks on Kalla."
