Quinn is on her own technically in the village, she has her mentor who also works with the farm hands, but she mostly does things on her own as a way to test her independence. Her mentor likes to make sure she's okay though, so she's not entirely absent. Quinn takes care of the cuccos as her main job, mostly because she has the energy to run after and catch them if they escape. And I think for her ambition, Quinn wants to become someone famous and help people. She also wants to break "gender norms" and show that girls could also do stuff that guys can do, though that's just a thing that's not really that important to her. She just wants to wear pants and shorts sometimes.
