Personality: 
Roman’s personality is a mixture between that of a formal gentleman and a ruthless criminal.  He emits charm and often speaks calmly, even in bad situations. Though, Roman can still get upset or frustrated and becomes rather hostile when he does. He is not afraid to use lethal force to achieve his goals and regularly does so. Roman also tends to make up nicknames for people instead of using their actual names. He also often took to mocking, insulting, or taunting his enemies.

First and foremost, Neo is mute and cannot speak but she doesn’t let this stop her. She exhibits a stern, business-like demeanour and has immense confidence in herself. She can also be playful, wearing a self-assured smile and politely bowing during fights as she silently taunts and mocks her enemy. However, she does seem to exhibit fear and hesitance when she knows she is outmatched, fleeing if her opponent proves to be as such.

Weapons, equipment and abilities:
Roman is a formidable fighter despite never  having discovered his Semblance. Roman fought using his signature cane-cannon, [b]Melodic Cudgel[/b]. The bottom part of the cane is able to flip open and Roman can fire flare-like projectiles from it that move at a moderate speed through the air. He is adept at using his cane as a melee weapon and being very capable at parrying and possessed quick reflexes. Roman normally uses Melodic Cudgel offensively against his opponents, such as using the cane to hook opponents towards him to deliver an attack or pressuring them with a flurry of attacks. Despite this, Roman is still liable to underestimating his opponents if he doesn’t view them as a threat and he has trouble adapting to surprise attacks and things he doesn’t expect.

Neo is very acrobatic and exceptionally skilled in combat, relying on her agility to dodge and misdirect enemy movements and attacks, before retaliating with her own kick-based attacks. She wields an umbrella called [b]Hush[/b] which also contains a long, thin blade hidden within the length of the umbrella’s tube. Neo’s Semblance is [b]Overactive Imagination[/b] and it allows her to create physical illusions that can be seen by everyone. She is limited to only being able to use it on herself and one other person, namely someone who is her ally. She is also able to transform herself to take the appearance of someone else which she can use for espionage or just to mess with people but she must have seen the person clearly to be able to replicate their look. However, her eye colour and inability to speak still remain once she has changed as well as her disguise immediately disappears once she had taken any form of damage. 

They also both possess their own Aura (which protects them from lethal damage until it is broken) and Scroll (which is essentially a phone/computer).

Character alignment: Neutral Evil

Other: 
-These two will take the role of minor villains but depending on how the RP progresses, they may or may not become more major villains. 
-Roman's Aura colour is orange and Neo's is pink.
-This will be Roman and Neo immediately after the events of Volume 2 of RWBY.
