And in terms of her quirk. its just as it states, she can increase the heart rate of someone (tachycardia) or decrease it (bradycardia) which would illicit physiological reactions depending on how long the quirk stays activated on the person, if that wasn't clear enough. But she has no idea how to use her quirk to its full extent yet since she's a child; but ideally she would use it to her advantage in battles to weaken an opponent during battle.
