A Transformation Quirk that causes the users antlers and nose to glow with lights that match the user's current emotional state.  
The antlers act as a gyro for kinetic energy.  When the user moves enough or strikes something, energy builds up and causes a small spark of electrical energy to discharge from the antlers.  These harmless bits of light can be picked up, are warm to the touch, and dissipate after a minute.  They will be drawn towards nearby sources of electrical energy storage.
The user is capable of using the lights to power devices.  Example, a single light set to a cell phone will raise the storage by 1%.
