Ok, I was hoping to ask about what I'm thinking on the discord so all the other people waiting on me to post wouldn't be able to see that I'm trying to join another rp like an idiot, but either it's not working or I'm stuck in the vetting process, so I'll just take the leap.

Anyway, I've got two ideas maybe. First idea, a younger Eddie Brock, who's still relatively stable because he left home to get away from his abusive dad after the whole 'accidentally ran over his neighbours kid but padre forced me to plead innocent when I wanted to plead guilty' thing. Then he has Venom, who's also stable-ish, but gets a little crazy the more control Eddie lets him have, to the point where going full Venom is violent, bloodthirsty and very much a last resort. Because of this, he tries to only partially manifest him, like only covering parts of his limbs or using his tendrils. I did see that the spiderman here is in his black suit though, so I'm wondering if it'd actually fit with what's going on now.

My backup plan, which might also be my first plan, depends on how I feel and if it's actually allowed, is All Might. It'd be young All Might though, after Gran Torino sends him to America to get more experience and keep out of All For One's notice for a bit. He would be trying to keep his head low for a little while though, because he doesn't know if AFO might still be able to find him there if he makes too big of a scene, and also because, being younger than when this happened in canon, he still doesn't have full control of One For All yet. Of course, I don't know if you're willing to accept anime superheroes into this, or even superheroes outside of Marvel and DC, so let me know if that's also impossible.
