Left vague, but hundreds of years ago. This means that besides elves, dwarves, and minotaur - and maybe wizards, but nobody knows exactly how long wizards live - the answer is no. Non-Immortals weren't around for the Wizard Wars, nor for the big civil war preceding it.

That's something that can be invented via PM. I painted the world's history in broad strokes specifically so if people want to add stuff they can!
