Illyana vaguely noticed Ivory's presence next to her as she filled a glass with water and offered it to her. She took it and sipped, her hand shaking as she brought the glass to her mouth. Overall, this vision had been powerful, but not nearly as bad as the one she had seen from touching Lucien's King of Hearts, or others she had in the past. She would be okay, she just needed a moment.

She nodded as Ivory spoke, taking slow deep breaths to calm her nerves before having a final sip of cool water from the glass. [color=598527]"I'm okay...just, shaken. You know how it goes..."[/color]

She wanted to tell Ivory everything, but it was so much to say...and she wasn't sure how she felt about the information itself. How would Ivory react to some of the more...unwlecome details? And what did the end of the vision signify...there was so much to figure out and all from just a flash.

[color=598527]"Just gathering myself..."[/color] her voice trailed off and she looked down at the card before she began to describe what she had seen. [color=598527]"You looked lost...alone at first, just surrounded by darkness."[/color] She glanced at Ivory after saying this, making sure that she said the last bit quickly, [color=598527]"Then I saw Geralt walking towards you, like he was made of shadow. The only sounds were his footfalls. He reached out to you and..."[/color] she paused for a moment, lowering her voice slightly, partially out of respect and partially out of fear, [color=598527]"You reached back. It looked like you were going to take his hand and then he turned away and you...you just disappeared."[/color]

She realized how crazy it sounded, but by now she was used to explaining what she had seen and noting the expression on people's faces. Most often it was surprise, then disappointment. Very rarely was there happiness, but anger was never in short supply. The things she saw...well, people didn't really know what they were asking for.
