Given enough time you could probably make your own weapons, but I don't know if you'll need them. As for abilities, grand or otherwise, that's gonna be a flat "no" for now. The only real exception to that is the fact that you are the [i]only[/i] one who can cause permanent, physical changes within this inner world.
