Illyana felt a wave of relief wash over her at Ivory's words. It wasn't that she didn't want to tell her everything, the vision did concern her after all, there were just a lot of things that could be interpreted in a lot of different ways. Usually in cases like this, she preferred to let the vision sit with her for a few days before she was able to give an accurate analysis of the contents. Most of the time with her clients, she would just recite the vision and let them do with it what they would. On rare occasions, clients could come back for a second or even third reading, and very few of that small number would pay Illy to write them a letter from wherever their next destination was with her analysis inside. This was a premium service and went for a high price, but for those who were willing to pay it, she was always honest and forthright. If clients would demand answers, or if she got a feeling from them like they were prone to anger or outbursts, she would have to lie to keep herself and her troupe safe. She absolutely detested having to do this, but something she had learned early on was that it was sometimes better for people not to know anything at all, and if they insisted, some version of the truth that they could handle. She nodded at the dhampir's response and smiled in agreement, "It can be confusing, sometimes maddening...but it pays the bills," she shrugged, trying to match the young woman's aloofness. "I'll come to you if I remember something important, absolutely. This is so diluted that really it can be interpreted many ways. It's best not to worry about it if you don't have to, not right now. Sometimes its easier to let the puzzle fall into place, you know, over time, than force in pieces that don't fit." This was something that she knew Ivory would understand and agree with. For a dhampir, she was very reasonable, and often much more so than her clients could be.
