Skills, in this setting, refer to special attacks, moves or abilities that one can use. It primarily refers to thigs like big, anim-esque named attacks or D&D related activated abilities, but there are also passive skills like swordplay, diplomacy, intimidation, etc. So, when you list skills, [i]if[/i] the skill is a passive one, please specify that.

Bards, Clerics, Priests, Paladins, all of them can cast "buff" magic, which can have multiple effects on those around them. So yes, things like inspiring others, removing fear, raising focus or concentration, they're all there and available to anyone who wants them.
