Background:
[indent]FR-1753-SAD grew up in a single parent home with her mother. Born April 17th in Atlanta GA, she was an only child. Her powers began to manifest around the age of fourteen. FR-1753-SAD could hardly control her power at the time, causing problems for her at school and other various places. Anomalous Containment Staff became aware of FR-1753-SAD at the age of 16. With her power being classified as red, they wasted no time containing her. Upon her transfer to Facility B, FR-1753-SAD was not an easy person to deal with. It took her a long time to adjust to life at the Facility and eventually earn privileges. [/indent]
 
Powers:
[indent]Electrical manipulation and generation || The subject can cause electronics to go haywire, explode, etc. When generating electricity, she can shoot the bolts from her hands. The bolts are never longer than ten feet. She can also shoot electrical orbs from her hands. These orbs are one foot in diameter, and can travel at speeds up to fifteen miles per hour. They can be thrown up to twenty feet away. The bolts/orbs are conductive.[/indent]
