Telepathy is always hard to balance. I tried to build a balance into the race itself. As a teleporter his own telepathy is limited to a rssistance to telepathic attacks and the language skim, being able to pick up languages fairly quickly with his mind.  If either is too much or needs adjusted lemme know.
