Appearance:

FR-2164-SRH is a female of South Korean origin, standing at 168cm and weighing 56 kg as of [VOID]. The subject has shoulder length straight and neat jet-black hair. She has expressive chocolate brown eyes, a heart-shaped face and fair, unblemished skin. Both FR-2164-SRH's ear lobes are neatly pierced for a single pair of earrings. Her figure closely resembles that of a typical pear body shape, with a well-defined waist, full hips and thighs, narrow shoulders, curvy bust and a rounded bottom. When in her fiery form, FR-2164-SRH is enveloped in flames, and her black hair ignites, turning reddish-orange like the rest of her body, burning and radiating heat for a considerable radius around her. Her eyes glow brightly, the pupils resembling burning embers. 
 
Background:

FR-2164-SRH was born on 24th of December, [VOID] in Busan, South Korea. Her mother died of [VOID] when she was six, leaving the subject with her loud-mouthed and abusive father. FR-2164-SRH lived with her drunken father until she was seventeen. Subject lived an ordinary live and managed to remain out of sight and blend in with the masses until [VOID] when she was finally acquired by Anomalous Containment Staff. FR-2164-SRH was made known to us after subject's father began telling friends and neighbors that his daughter was a freak and a witch after he saw portions of her body on fire without being burnt. Alerted about a possible Code Red situation, Anomalous Containment Staff was sent to acquire the subject on [VOID] before something unfortunate could happen to her. 

Unsurprisingly, subject put up little resistance. (See Acquisition) Subject received average overall education and accommodation in the orphanage, and upon further evaluation, FR-2164-SRH is known to be talented in languages, competent enough to be able to speak in fluent Korean, Mandarin Chinese and English. Subject maintains the insistence that she learnt the other two languages not of her own by herself, and as of [VOID], there are no further information available to dispute this. Despite subject's abilities warranting a RED security threat level, FR-2164-SRH has been known to be extremely compliant, and has not shown any increased levels of aggression compared to other REDs. Subject's record of good behavior has allowed her certain privileges, but has been warned that these could be retracted anytime her behavior dips below what she has currently shown as a comfortable level of acceptance. Subject has constantly been unable to clarify when she first became aware of her abilities.
 
Powers:

Subject possesses usual pyrokinesis abilities of generating and sculpting from their inner energy. Subject also has the ability to mentally control ambient heat energy and the phyiscal ability to transform portions of the entirety of her body into a fiery flame form. Her cells in her body metabolises energy differently from other subjects and rearranges each molecules to allow her utilise and convert this energy to the low level fiery form (reddish, ~415 Celcius.) When aflame, the range of the flames extend up to 2-4 inches around her body. When pushed to her limits, she is able to raise the flame temperature, but this exerts a heavy toll on her health and body. At peak health and an average expediture of energy, the longest recorded time subject has managed to remain aflame was 14 hours before losing consciousness. Adapted to cope with the immense stress and pressure of this form, her body has evolved to become immune to fire & heat. It has also been recorded that subject's health plays a vital role in the duration of her form. Easily controlled and subdued by common fire extinguishing means (e.g water, fire-fighting foam), and the starvation of oxygen, subject is also unable to take the form if her body is wet or submerged in water.
