[list][*] Characters that were on the Master Shelved NPC List that are now active have been moved from that list to the Master CMB NPC List. [*] The Master CMB NPC list is fully up to date with images, full names, etc. (Please refer to the NPC Master List for what characters look like. I most likely will not be linking their images into posts anymore as they are already posted in the Master List.)
