Well... LCB wasn't really supposed to be likeable, quite the opposite. He was intended to be rotten and self-centered because he was spoiled by his master. It makes him an awful, awful character, and gives me, as a writer, a lot of opportunities to redeem him. So, if he's disliked for now, that's fine.
I'm more curious which character would actually get through to him first~
