Glad to have you on board, btw. The more the merrier. I will say this however. Your IC post switches between present tense and past tense so often that it makes it a bit awkward to read. If you have a moment to go back and fix this, please do. If you don't, then please just be mindful of this going forward. 

I would prefer everyone to stick to past tense when writing in the IC section.
