Teleporting to anywhere he knows well within five miles is a no-go, even with a charge time. Plus, the idea is that he's stepping to a spot, right? It can be a really long step, but he has to be able to see where he's setting down. Also, Take in Stride is a little vague. It's an active rather than passive power, right? He's not taking half damage all the time, is he?
