The city of Ambercrest was built between two mighty mountains and is truly an architectural sight. Its beauty is matched by the backdrop of tall mountains which have helped shape the city to what it is today. The riches these mountains brought were of great importance, not only for their economy but were also influential when it came to architectural designs. Thus, the vast majority of buildings mimic the broad slopes and steep peaks of the mountains.

The skyline is spreading with unique skyscrapers and each was more impressive than the next. Employment is tremendous in Ambercrest and it has attracted a lot of attention. Countless cultures have left their mark not just on the architecture, but also upon the city's identity. What historically was a city of monotony has grown into a large melting pot and it's this that unites the 1.2 million people to this day. The majority of the population consists of the Humans (60.7%), then Dwarves (26.2%), then finally the elves and the orcs (13.1%).

It's this multicultural identity that has truly left its mark. Hundreds of bars, restaurants, and cafés offer a plethora of culinary choices and those who feel hungry. For something else can enjoy sightseeing, the national park, various shops, museums, or one of the many other recreational venues the city has to offer.

These mindless creatures are common and simple stone statues animated by potent ancient magicks that have been long forgotten. Most commonly found in ancient cities and ruins, wandering about the area performing tasks they were programmed to do; as if their long-dead masters were still walking alongside them. 

Scholars have theorized that ancient civilizations utilized these creatures as the backbone of their workforce for manual labor. Judging from the observed interactions of the remaining functioning units towards miscreants and their regular performance of maintenance to damaged buildings, scholars have also suspected that the golems also functioned as guardians and caretakers of the city.

Lunar Blossoms are a semi-rare flower that grows in pairs, seem to only thrive in cold mountainous plateaus, grow in small patches that number more than twenty flowers, and in close proximity to one another. These flowers are dormant during the daytime and are easily mistaken as still budding flowers yet to bloom, but in truth, the flowers only reveal their true beauty at night. The reason behind their otherworldly glow is to attract fireflies to collect their nectar and spread their equally beautiful pollen to other blossoms.

Their scent is described to be an aroma of vanilla mixed with subtle hints of mint.

The flower itself is safe for raw consumption and has some medicinal properties but is mostly used as an ingredient in traditional Ambercrestian confectioneries.

A traditional method of initiating courtship in Ambercrest is to offer the person you are interested in with a pair of Lunar Blossoms. If the person takes one of the two flowers, it would mean interest in pursuing a romantic relationship. If both are taken, it would mean they are not.
