Aurel was glad to see the girl looking much happier as she held the snake. It was probably the most positive emotion he had seen from her since they had found her, that was good. He tilted his head ever so slightly at her assumption. Was it that obvious their relationship wasn't that way? The snakes were certainly not his pets, they were his friends and family, but he was curious as to how that girl came to that conclusion. Wouldn't most kids assume he was a pet? "He doesn't really mind whether or not he has one, but I suppose I should have tried to think of something better.." He muttered. Honestly it had been a bit weird of him to consider. The snake had found him and practically raised him to be able to survive in the wild, they respected each other, and before Lucien and Faolan, the snake was all he had in terms of a parental figure, as odd as it was. When he met him, neither of them had names.. so he supposed he had never really thought too much of it. "Would you like to help me come up with one?" He asked her. Now that he had more than one snake around again, perhaps that would be best.
