[center][h2]Riven Je'and-The Citadel, Mandalore[/h2][/center] Riven sighed as she sat near at the agreed upon meeting place, the silver inlays of her dress shimmering in the light of the Citadel's courtyard. The only sound to be heard besides the fountain was the tapping of her foot as she tapped her heel rapidly. [i]Of course they were running late. We finally decide to take a night off and of COURSE they'd be behind everything. Couple that with the fact that the Founding is starting today and we're still not got our act together...[/i] Of course, this was all idle complaining on her part. The young woman simply didn't want to wait to get to begin her first night off in over six months. The Galaxy's political landscape had changed twenty years prior, but somethings, like the Hutts and their criminal enterprise or the other criminals who liked to think the Mandalorian Republic's ships were easy pickings. And acting as a guard and escort for those varying cruisers and cargo ships was where she and a handful of other Jedi had been for the last six months, repelling what had seemed like a seemingly increasing number of raiders each trip. Others walked by, mostly Jedi going about their days and their business, but none commented on her choice of attire. In many ways, the changes the Jedi had experienced after Knightfall all those years ago had astounded her father and intrigued her mother, while she and her twin, Talia, simply got to enjoy them. Their family had a very long, confirmed history both within the Jedi Order and with the Mandalorian Clan of Ordo, though the Enclaves only cared that they were Jedi. Her sister, however, was drawn to investigate the family's Mandalorian history, though she hadn't found out much. Eventually, however, her quiet musing drew out a loud sigh. "Where is everyone..."
