Exactly that right there. RAINBOW Ops are supposed to be the elite of the elite, hand picked soldiers from the most skilled group of people around. They're more than likely going to have training, if not straight up expertise, in multiple areas of combat. Or they're wiz kid geniuses ontop of being special forces, Mute is a good example of that.

Honestly not putting too many limitations for characters, as long as there's some logical way to justify stuff I'm all for it. Feel free to go all out for the first submission if you want, I don't mind working with y'all to dial it back a bit if it turns out to be too much.
