The heated feud between the Joestar family, and their arch-nemesis Dio Brando, has wagered on, from the 19th century, all the way to modern times. After turning himself into a vampire, the now-immortalized Dio aimed to further his power-hungry ambitions, until his (adoptive) brother Jonathan Joestar seemingly put an end to his quest. The rivalry was thought to have been vanquished forever, along with the perishing of both brothers, but true evil never sleeps - after Dio mysteriously reappears, one-hundred years later. The story was well-endowed in the Joestar lineage, only bringing unrest to its descendants, leaving them to wonder, whether if the vampire, whose deadly influence has spawned a number of fanatical underlings, proceeds to haunt their very steps. Dio's relentless quest for "godhood" has eventually become a battle between good and the ultimate evil, as the fate of humanity falls into the very balance.[/center]
