Callum came running back just in time to be busted. "Now see here," Lionel began, "You can't just run off. For all we know there are Death Eaters onboard, what." Callum shrugged. "Thought I saw something, turned out to be nothing, mate." Lionel stroked his beard in ponderance. He didn't fully believe the young Scottish man, but he had no evidence to the contrary. "Well..press on then. And keep an eye on the ladies, yes?" Lionel meant that as a sign of distrust, but Callum merely grinned. "Oh, I always do, mate." With a pat on Lionel's shoulder, Callum returned to check the nearest cabin, which was 16. Burke made her way out compartment 20, rolling her eyes slightly as she overheard what Lionel said to Callum. She elected to take it more as a sign of concern rather than distrust. "It's 1984 - the ladies can keep an eye on themselves." Bonnie then came out of compartment 19, having thoroughly checked it out. "I don't want to know," she said with a sigh, shaking her head. She spotted her husband go into compartment 15 and she moved along, peaking into compartment 13 and she couldn't help but smile slightly. "Hello, luv," she greeted her daughter. "Oh, sorry, I'm Zelda's mum - you can call me Mrs. Flynn," Bonnie introduced herself to Andre. "Isn't it a bit early to be meeting your parents?" Andre teased Zelda with a bit of a wink. "Charming to meet you, Mrs. F." Compartment 1 - "I just hope she isn't too bad of an influence on Bea... She's awfully impressionable," Penny lamented, looking down slightly. She was comforted though that Fae was in the same compartment as her sister - she might not be able to hex a Death Eater, but she could certainly beat them with her fists. "An invisibility potion? Those aren't too difficult... If I had a chicken on hand, I could probably brew one." "It's not Merula," Talbott disagreed, shaking his head dismissively. He wasn't going to be dissuaded from the idea that there were dark wizards on the Hogwarts Express. He had his wand at the ready as he stared at the doorway, waiting for a fight. "But yes, we should go after this - I'd love for you to meet Bea. If she's in Gryffindor, you'll watch over her, won't you?" Penny asked. "Keep her out of trouble?"

Paige Atwell

Location: Compartment 15 Magic: N/A
Frederick checked on compartment 17, making sure it was clear, before stopping by compartment 15 and hearing the conversation inside. "Well, that could be the case, however," he said to the group, looking at them before he sprayed the mist into the room and nothing happened. "That's not the case, and just because someone is related to a Death Eater means nothing. We make our own choices in the world. Otherwise, I'd be a Death Eater instead of an Auror if that sort of thinking was true. And who knows? That sort of thinking and those sort of comments might make that more likely to happen if you aren't careful and don't give people a chance. Anyway, name's Frederick Flynn, how's it going? Oh, and Paige, you left your sweater at our house, do you want me to send it to you at school or do you want me to send it to your mom?" he said, turning to look at Paige and giving her a smile. Paige's blood was boiling. She had been so chuffed to see Barnaby, swooning a little bit from his hug. And then, it all had to be ruined by Fae Mintfree. She was the worst witch Hogwarts had ever produced. But if there was something that got underneath Paige's skin more than anything else, it was the accusation that she would grow up to be a dark witch like her brother. Zelda's auror father being here barely managed to cool her temper and her rage. "Paige can stay - if you don't like that, then you can leave, Mintfree," Barnaby said. Paige was his friend - good friend, even. Beatrice and the other girl were relatively quiet, although since Paige was good friends with Penny, Beatrice was looking at Fae and seeming confused. "...If you could send it to school, that'd be fine..." Paige said. It took every ounce of self control for her to not turn and cast a nasty hex at Fae. Yet even with the auror standing in front of her, she couldn't help but tell Fae off. "You know what's sick about you, Mintfree? You spend all your time worrying about me when you should just focus on yourself. Maybe you wouldn't be failing so many classes if you minded your own damn business!"
