This isn't a complaint or anything, but I do think it'd be interesting seeing her in a world where money and material things are otherwise worthless.

This is where most of my problems begin. Mainly because this feels reeeeeeeeeeeeally contrived. It's a huge stretch that he'd be able to set her up with a mansion with bodyguards on a whim and totally not get noticed at all by the feds. Mostly because I assume that, if he's powerful enough to get her a mansion, he's probably done shit to get a name for himself. If you're stuck on the whole daughter of drug lord thingy then it'd make more sense if he just funneled her some money and she lived a upper-class lifestyle.

If they're thugs like I think they'd be I'd assume, at best, they'd go "fuck this rich ho" and pull out. At worst, well, I'm not going to go into [i]that[/i] but they definitely wouldn't be following her.
