She finds music and oral traditions to be a common thing about other cultures and is fascinated to learn them. She dislikes stereotyping and generally feeling like an outsider. She understands that she is both typical and strange as an orc, as orc fighters aren't unusual but ones who are interested in learning other cultures and generally being cerebral are. That being said she hates how she felt growing up as both an orc and at the orphanage, and tries her best to be accepted wherever she may be, though she typically hides her feelings about the matter behind both a physical and metaphorical mask. Backstory: Orchid was born to a traditional orcish family; that is to say, her father was a brutal warrior who had many wives, and Orchid was merely one of his many children. One day her tribe had made an enemy of a local human army and were almost completely wiped out, save for the children. The soldiers cared little for the orphaned kids and left most to their fate, and Orchid was one of the lucky few still young enough to not have any strong memories of her biological family, and thus could easily be raised among the Covenant of Luna Seas. Even as an orc among mostly humans, she was starkly different from her fellow orcs; her bright red hair, her glowing orange eyes, and her pale white skin. Sufficent to say, she received much redicule. But she learned how to ignore these things, and focus on the teachings of the Luna Seas; to seek enlightment through understanding and knowledge. It also helped that over time, Orchid grew to become a strong woman in her own right, both mentally and physically. She earned her respect through physical dominance, but tempered it with a thirst for knowledge.
