I agree it needs a lot more development. It is still very early stages of development, I just wanted to see if people out there were interested before I started coming up with a complex plot, and setting information. 
As of now, I'm thinking players will start in the Green Lantern Corps. With the first story arc either starting with or ending with a major attack on Oa, after the Lanterns look into something they shouldn't have. I'm thinking a new criminal gang, trying to utilise Lantern technology to create bigger and better weapons. 
After such a brazen attack on Oa, several Green Lanterns are assigned to a task force to hunt down and bring justice to the perpetrators, whomever they might be.
