Age: 22 Gender: Male Appearance:Judas stands in around 6 feet exactly, and is 190 pounds, as he's gained some muscle doing field work with his father. He has several small nicks and cuts along his hands and feet, and bite marks on his feet and ankles. Most of these injuries are from field work with his father, and from his pokemon partners. Mostly His Trapinch, Squegg. Other than that, he wears waterproof leather boots, and fingerless gloves to avoid any more injuries than he already has. He can also often be seen in jeans, as they are a pretty durable choice. Personality: Disarmingly optimistic, he does his best to stay happy and hopeful as his father raised him to be in his younger years, when he wasn't around as much. Short Biography: Judas was Born and raised in the Orre region. His first home was in Phenac City, where he lived like most other children. He attended school, and made all sorts of friends. At the age of 12, with the help of his father, he even caught his first pokemon in the desert there. A Sandshrew, who put up quite the fight. In the end however, they released the sandshrew back into the wild. At the age of 17, Judas' father told the family they'd be moving. All the way to the Hoenn region, to a place called Mauville City. After some minor protests, Judas eventually came along quietly. The shift from Desert city to tropical metropolis was a bit of a culture shock to him, but, as luck would have it, there was a desert just north of Mauville, and Judas would accompany his father whenever he went there. After a year or so of catch and release and playing with the family vulpix, Judas decided he wanted his own pokemon to keep. So he took the trip to the small desert in search of a partner. In said desert, a Trapinch laid half-buried in the sand. Taking this opportunity to use his catching, Judas whipped out a Premier Ball (his favorite type) and hit it right in its big orange mouth. Judas knew he should probably have weakened it first, but the only pokemon he really had was the family vulpix, and if something happened to her, he'd never hear the end of it. Fortune, or perhaps fate, reared its head, and the Trapinch was captured without incident. Holding the limp body of his new friend, Judas thought it was dead, but its occasional blinking showed it was still alive, just really lazy. Squegg got along just fine with everyone else, and spent most of his days lounging around and doing light training. Then, Judas' dad gave way to more unfortunate news: they'd be moving again. This time to a small town in Johto, called New Bark Town. Disappointed, but understanding, the family moved to New Bark Town. Judas would spend the rest of his time until present day here. But he still accompanied his father on his trips to other towns. His favorite memory is when his father took him to the bug catching contest in Goldenrod for his 22nd birthday, where he got extremely lucky, and managed to win first place with a Scyther he had caught. He named the Scyther Ace, and began using him as his main training partner, rather than Squegg. The rest of the year went by fast, but everything came to a grinding halt 3 weeks ago, when his father didn't return home after going out for some field work. He usually would only be gone a couple of days, and it wasn't uncommon for him to be a day or two late, but now he had been gone for a week. Two weeks. Three weeks. The police were alerted, and other scientists around the region were notified, but Judas had had enough. He told his mother he'd go out searching for him, and surprisingly, he had her full support. With a pack full of items, pokeballs, and rations, he took his two partners, and joined a group of others who also happened to be leaving. Safety in numbers and all that. Considering all the dangers of traveling alone, he decided to travel with a group. Relationships: Jason Alto: Judas' missing father. Naoko Jin: The daughter of one of his dad's best friends. Seems to be kind of uneasy around Ace, but likes to play with Squegg. Both Nao and her father have promised to help find his father.
