[@Kafka Komedy] Depends on the demon. A weaker demon is able to slip out of Hell without much difficulty, but usually needs a human host in order to maintain a corporeal presence. More powerful demons require intricate rituals and sacrifices in order to ease their passage out of the inferno, and may require metaphysical anchors to sustain themselves in the mortal world.

There are some humans willing to work with demons to some end or another, though it varies by the person, naturally. Generally, no one is summoning a demon without a purpose in mind.

The cyberpunk thing is more for humans, our demons come from a metaphysical realm where that sort of thing isn't really necessary.
